video is there because its easier to explain and show quickly than it is to type out. but the jist is i can't get games to launch on steam vanilla (even without vortex installed) im at such a loss. i know this isn't exactly the support for this kind of thing but i figured if anyone knows how to fix this issue they would be found here. im also going to try reddit but ive already been through forums, every "how to" page i can find on the issue...i just dont understand what im doing wrong.

The Twitch video you linked to doesn't exist. If you can't launch with Steam regardless of using Vortex or not I'm afraid this doesn't sound like something we can help with. Try repairing your Steam install or contact Steam support?
