dizietemblesssma
I recently moved to the GOG version of SSE, I've noticed that every time I change profile I have to go through the plugins, manually disabling and enabling them. The mods themselves are enabled properly, just not the plugins in the plugin tab. When I checked I found that the datestamps on the loadorder.txt and plugins.txt in the profile folders:C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\skyrimse\profiles\<PROFILE> have not changed since the switchover. No matter what I do I cannot get the timestamps to alter.I have reported this using the built in feedback tool, but I think there is something wrong with that:) diziet
showler
Those files are stored in a different folder for the GOG version. edit: Wait, you said the profile folders. Maybe they aren't working correctly. ignore me.
dizietemblesssma
Yes the files in "C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Skyrim Special Edition GOG" have updated timestamps, but the profile versions don't update to match.I didn't mention, this is using 1.6.14. diziet
rmm200
This sounds worth reporting as a potential bug. Open Vortex, click the upper right three dots, choose Send Feedback, select Bug Report, and follow the instructions. Bug reports are actually tracked by the developers, and you get status. dizietemblesssma
As per this and other post, I believe there is a bug in the bug feedback system, none of the issues I've reported in recent months have ended up on the github issues page. So I report them here, until someone can confirm that my reported issues are getting through - even if they are just thrown away:) diziet
rmm200
Well you are free to do both... I would always attempt the bug report.
spoichiche
On skyrim's gog version and I can confirm the issue. Worth noting that the plugins.txt files in C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\skyrimse\profiles\<PROFILE> are all empty.
dizietemblesssma
Did you do what I did and have a steam install, purge mods and change the game location to the GOG location? diziet
