The thing is that when users of a website (or any online software, be it games or anything) then people will complain. If you have a service that nobody get's angry about not having full access too, then... Shortly, what I'm trying to say is that complaints should be taken as something positive from the developers, because people get's mad IRL because they want it so much. I was able to download some last night but nothing thus far today. I have a good mod collection going and am in no dire need for anything new but I am a constant browser always looking and getting new things. Miran Posted December 3, 2013 Share Posted December 3, 2013 Not sure if this helps, but ... When the popup showing the list of available servers shows Normal, Premium and Syncing then my membership information is 'lost' when trying to download. If I click on a premium server, I'm redirected to the Premium Benefits page. If I click on a normal server, nothing happens. However, if I close out of attempting to download my membership and login are still active, so I wasn't logged out. I'm not clicking on a server that's in the syncing list. I was still in the process of finding what I wanted to run with since I still haven't branched out of the OC yet. The more I do, the more I find things that would be useful.I get having downtime and stuff, and I'm not complaining. I can wait until it's up and running, but the timing does seem off and a bit illogical. I guess they may have been wanting it done before the Christmas rush, and were not expecting many people to be buying for themselves or as non Christmas presents?
