There is no store in Goodsprings nor is there a Goodsprings in Fallout3. Goodsprings is part of Fallout: New Vegas.

 

There are also too many files in your load order. Any unused mods should be removed.

I go mixed up this is for Fallout 3 not Fallout NV. Still it won't work. The game doesn't even start. No title screen nothing... Maybe you are right and it's just too many mods
