Notifications Still Down or Fix?

It's been quite a while since notifications were 'down for maintenance', or at least that's what that panel says. Still true? IF not, fix?

Nice! Then I think I'll change my thread to be a request. For any downtime messages like in the notification drop down for example, link to the status page. That'll get the info out and provide a user experience all in one.
