Vortex throwing up file conflicts for sorted mods

I'm trying to install a collection for skyrim and nearly all the mods in it are throwing up file conflicts despite having used vortex to set the load order for everything. I tried changing one of them manually to define the specific file to use but it still throws up the same error about a conflict.

Am I missing something? I have never had an issue before with mod conflict when the load order has been set.

Do the conflicts involve plugins only, mod asset files only, or both?  Could you please give some examples.

This sometimes happens if you have custom rules in place prior to downloading the Collection.

You could go into the "manage rules" dialogue and use the "clear rules" option, then refresh the Collection to get the proper ones again.
