Okay...You don't have a Collections tab. Click on "Extensions" on the left, click on "show bundled" at the top of that tab and look for the "Collections" extension and see if it is enabled or showing an error. If the missing Collections tab had been in the original images you would have had a solution in minutes. Sometimes it's hard to tell what information is useful.
