Can't use the website keep being redirected to warning message saying I did nothing wrong

I keep being redirected to a warning message that starts off with "Have no fear, you’ve done nothing wrong" so I try going to any other part of the website but get redirected. Can this be fixed I refuse to read a "Warning" message that literally starts off by saying I did nothing wrong, if I did nothing wrong I have 0 interest in what you have to warn me about.

Please check the box to acknowledge the message, wait 5 minutes and try again. This is a temporary lock out caused by the survey notice. 

It is not a warning, it just reuses a similar UI to a site warning so I can understand the confusion. If you read the message itself that should hopefully become clear.

Maybe you guys should send out an alert alerting people to the alerts keeping people stuck on the alerts page after acknowledging the alerts! 

Getting stuck on that page is pretty alarming. I had to come here to find out waiting was the solution.

I appreciate you're probably not in it (otherwise you'd know) but we did put a note out in the Mod Author Discord server to mention this workaround. If you're interested, the link is here!

Also the page after clicking that you read it says "wait a moment".   When they say "wait a moment", I'm going to assume they mean at most a minute.   Five minutes leaves me starting to wonder if something broke.

This is what the message reads after acknowledging the global notification : 
I timed the unlock of the webpage and it was actually over 10 minutes for me. This should be stated on the page not on discord. I thought the site was down or broken.

Yes, apparently is wasn't working properly and they've chosen not to use it again until it works properly.

Personally, I think it was failing because they tried using it with too many people and it bogged down the system.  It had worked fine for a single message to me a week earlier.
