The Food Tab in workshop mode is gone

So, I'm in a game where I've already reached Level 35. I decided to build some stores in Sanctuary and then, surprise, the Food tab simply disappeared. All others are ok.
I tried using Settlement Menu Manager and Missig Tabs Fix to restore the workshop menu but nothing worked.
Does anyone know a way to fix this without me having to replay many hours of the game or do you know of a mod that adds stores in the game?

I've never had the settlement menu manager fail to fix a broken workshop menu. I'm guessing you have an active mod which is clobbering your menu.

Start by thinking whether any of the mods you have installed include workshop items and/or food items. Also check to see if your food tab was moved. Some mods move menus.

There is also SKE.

Disappearing tabs sadly does happen.

I have never been able to fix my turret tab but I can still access that build fucntion via the SKE tab (which is a mod)

My guess is that it is caused by a mod that edits the vanilla menus, or it could be because of uninstalling a mod that requires using an uninstaller chem before doing so.

WAIT!!! 
Occasionally and rarely although actually . it can SO happen that you are too far away from the physical location of the actual WORKBENCH in a settlement and if you close the workshop, then move closer to the workbench and try again you will find you menus return .. (until you try to REOPEN the workshop from too far away again)

this is more prevalent in NEW Mod locations than in Vanilla ones..

Other than that either:

A) you have changed your Load order somehow
B) you have installed additional mods which may have cause (A) above
