Installing and uninstalling the program does not help. Vortex prevents the files of one mod from being overwritten by another, it immediately starts cleaning the rules and then asks you to disable redundant files

Can you post your vortex.log files if possible please, they are found in your %APPDATA%\Vortex folder.

I can see in your logs that you rules are still there which probably means you just need to let Vortex run and finish what it needs to do. One way to kickstart that process now is to just disable one of the mods that are stated as redundant and then deploy. Then let Vortex do what it needs to do to get working again. You have a lot of rules so it won't be instant but shouldn't take more than a couple minutes, there should be a notification in the top right letting you know progress.

Tried that, uninstalled and reinstalled from https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/1?tab=files, rather than using the update within Vortex and now getting this:

.Net 6.0.27 is installed fine:

Had to reinstall Vortex 1.9.5 and cancel the update to do anything.
