Why I keep gettin this "conection timed out" when i try to download mods?

I can't download certain mods on the website because my conection, but i don't have issues with my internet. Some mods I can download them just fine but the others I keep getting this screen. I need help because i'm going insane every time I want to try a mod.

The whole site feels a bit weird these past few days. Like it's timing out or something. I've gotten a few of these timed out errors when trying to download a file or load pages. Is the site being DDoS attacked?

It could be that the website was simply very busy over Easter. Or your ISP is very busy and is dropping connections.
