I was thinking, when downloading a mod and installing and enabling it, some mods, are missing a master, and some of the name, what does that mean its reads like this for eg. ext, rrhpt and i notice it is written in orange, I would be

It would be far much easier if Vortex had this feature, click on the missing plugin word, and then it takes me to the correct esp plugin master mod, for all missing master plugins

I'm not sure what you're asking specifically, but mod authors do tend to sometimes give their plugins names that don't make any sense. If the mod isn't already on your system we can't reliably know where you can get it from.

Yah, sometimes the plugin name doesn't match the mod name -- especially if the author thought of a better name late in the process, after other things already depended on the original plugin name.

E.g. My own Kolmar the Barbarian follower for Skyrim is in aom_barbarianfollower.esp, because I hadn't decided on a name for him yet when I started making him.  And at that point it was just a mod for my own game, with little thought given to sharing it yet.

And I suspect something similar happened with Jokerine's Small Town Merchants mod having the plugin name rorikstead_merchant.esp.  Most likely she made the Rorikstead shop first for her own game, then decided to expand the mod to add other shops in Skyrim's other small towns and villages.

You can find the mod associated to a plugin in two ways. The first way is to double click on it, from the Plugins tab in Vortex, and a windowpane to the right will appear which shows the mod associated to the plugin. Alternately, there are additional columns on the Plugins tab that are hidden by default. If you click the cog/gear at the top right-hand corner of the Plugins tab, you can make any of those hidden columns visible. In this case, you'd select the Mods box. This box will display the plugin's mod in that column.

From either method of displaying the associated mod, you can click it. the mod, which will take you to its Nexus page and there you will find the requirements, thus links to the missing master(s).
