Fallout 4 script extender not working 2

I recently made the same post, but it stopped letting me reply. Script extender for my Story Wealth mod pack isn't working. Keeps saying will update from github and then it says it can't. So I tried to take the advice from the last thread and remove the mods and try to install from Nexus, but it does the same thing. Even tried to manually install it and move files to where they need to go...still the same thing. It doesn't care what I do. Vortex is giving me an error code list which I will provide with this thread. Any help would be appreciated.

What version of F4SE do you have installed and what is your game version?

My script extender is 0.6.23 and my game is 1.10.163.

The error message you posted is not related to F4SE at all (you can find details about that error here:

You should post an image of the error you are getting regarding F4SE.

You are a lifesaver. I downloaded vortex over a year ago and never thought about updating it. I'm used to things updating when they need to. I'm having no errors and the game is playing fine. Whether or not the mods are working now...only time will tell. Thanks for your help.
