Current Vortex 1.10.8 Graphic mods not working

When I boot up my Skyrim through vortex all of my mods are working except for my texture mods. I've tried everything I have skse, I have all the patches and yet when I boot up my game looks the exact same. I've been running in circles trying to figure out why my texture mods wont work.

Are all your plugins enabled?

Yes all my plugins are enabled and i made sure mods were deployed

From the Mods tab of Vortex, select Purge Mods. Allow that to complete. Then, also from the Mods tab, select Deploy Mods. Let that process complete. Go to the Plugins screen and select Sort Now. Lastly, make sure that you are launching the game using SKSE. Hopefully that will sort your issue.

My first thought regarding texture mods not working is Archive Invalidation.
