FierceEncounter
I have a corrupted file in my vortex stagging folder for fallout new vegas. Whenever trying to do anything New vegas related with Vortex I get a user environment error while vortex tries to access this corrupted file. I have no idea what to do, I have deleted my New vegas game folder and reinstalled Vortex and that doesn't work. It also won't let me delete the stagging folder. showler
What's the file? Can you purge your mods and then delete the New Vegas staging folder?
FierceEncounter
The file is for the frontier mod and for bounties 3 mod. Somehow, they got corrupted. I'm unable to purge the mods, because it says these mods cannot be found since they are corrupted.

showler
Manually extract that folder from the archive you downloaded and put it in the correct place to see if that fixes it?
FierceEncounter
I manually downloaded bounties III, extracted it and then put it in the stagging folder and rewrote the files, however it still says it is corrupted
FierceEncounter
Is there no way to clear out or reset the stagging folder?
showler
The error message you posted is from the Frontier mod, not Bounties 3 (as far as I can see).
FierceEncounter
Both have the same error, both corrupted.
vortexposer
Close Vortex, then delete mod in Staging (manually) or reboot and delete/reinstall *corrupt mod. Edited June 23 by vortexposer
