Oynlen
If I made a mod that injects dlc content like wolves into the commonwealth and the meshes and textures were edited/improved so need to be supplied in the ba2 files... Is that the same as posting Skyrim meshes with their textures ported to work in Fallout 4? coz technically if I did this, I could say "Far Harbour required" as just a formality but it really would not be required. So with Bethesda being strict about ownership, would adding DLC stuff into the commonwealth with new meshes AND new textures go against Nexus TOS? showler
"edited/improved" is not the same as "new". If the meshes/textures are derived from content that is in the DLC then the DLC is required.
Oynlen
@showler what do you mean tho, required as in to follow the rules or? Coz if the mesh and texture are in the zip file, the user will not require owning the dlc if it uses a race and skeleton etc that an original commonwealth creature uses. showler
"required" as in "legal" and "required by Nexus Mods". It would be safer to do something to make the DLC a hard requirement.
