installed Vortex with mods and Bg3 won't run anymore.

I installed some vortex mods and when I open the game, I get an "error to load main menu" error.

When I disable all mods I can run the game fine, I tried deleting save files but that didn't work.

Thank you, this worked well but I cannot open bg3 vortex so my mods wont load. When I go to manually set file there is no launcher but when I go to my normal files it is there. Do you have any solution for this? I can only open bg3 without mods.

Yes, you will not see individual files in the folder select view. I kind of wish the Vortex folks would update the kind of selector used so that users can see the files when selecting. I've had several people get confused with my extensions when doing this because they can't see the executable file.

Find out what folder the launcher in your second picture is in and then choose that folder.

its the same folder it just doesnt show up when selecting for vortex.

Okay, seriously, describe in detail exactly what you are trying to do and include screenshots of each step.  Because what you are saying and showing us makes no sense.

You cannot have an option to "select folder" and then complain that you cannot "select file" so what you are trying to communicate got mixed up somewhere along the way.

It's very simple: The FOLDER select view does NOT show individual files. A FILE select view shows files and folders. You are looking at a FOLDER select view for your suspicious install location of BG3. Your screenshot was already in the right place.
