What does "source link" refer to?

When reporting a mod.

It's required, but I don't know if that's the link to the mod or if it's supposed to be a link to the original copyright holder.  Which in cases such as copyrighted music or such I wouldn't have any idea what to link to.

The source link is where the original content can be found. For example, you can add a link if it's a stolen mod from another mod page.

Okay, so in the case of copyrighted music in a mod, where would I link to?  It's a required field.  Do you prefer we just don't report such content?

You can link to somewhere the original music is available, such as YouTube/Spotify/the artist's website.
