vortex collection question

I am installing the Fallout 4 collection "A Storywealth" in Vortex and have a question.  This collection has some mods which I do not care for, but is the best collection for F04 on nexus.  In the past when I delete some of the mods from a collection Vortex has a fit and wants to reinstall them.  Is there any way of telling Vortex to stop managing the collection after its installed?  Thanks.

You should be able to right-click the mods you don't want in the Collection and tell Vortex to "ignore" them.
