This is intentional, posting an email address is most often used for two reasons: A user accidentally exposing their Personal Information. A spam post Any post that contains an email address has to be manually vetted. It's a little annoying, but it does block the cases mentioned above.

Or make some kind of shortcut that will add it to the post (so that it is the only email address that CAN be posted.
