HOW to make a PATCH to target a specific item?

I have searched for the item, have the information, but I am evidently missing something 🙂

0x3B00AA27 is the Form ID #

When I load up everything in Xedit, and search for that, I get nothing. When I search under filename, no matter what combination of letters.words. or numerals, I get nothing. I assume I am MISSING the obvious and I apologize if that is really as simple as it is.

When I enter cracked Tusk Keep "area" (Inside of the fence) all is well. I have Mihail's High Fantasy pack, so there are Mercenary Ogres inside. The 2nd of the 2 there, has set loot ( I assume) with 1 item being an Ancient Nord War Axe (0x3B00AA27). When I engage with the corpse to loot, crash. I have tested 3 times, always with the same result and what I ASSUME is the same culprit.

I am UNSURE how to patch that item if I did find it, tbh. How do I locate that item, and what TYPE of patch would I do? I have had mostly successful attempts at making patches for building conflicts, land conflicts, things I would say are minor, but patching an item to not cash a cash, that is contained in a monsters inventory and only ( AGAIN I ASSUME) that specific monster and that specific item (As I have killed and looted many and have had the axe multiple times from drauger)

I also assume such a mudane question has been asked more times than could be counted here, so if it is rote, please direct me to a link that would allow me to discover this myself, rather than burden anyone with with a Q and A that could end up cyclical and mind-numbing for them 🙂 I am considerably older than most Nexus users, or I assume so, and comprehension takes the form of visual aide to stick the 1st time. in text based Answers I tend to have to redirect and come at it my way to make it stick, so I do not want to annoy someone who only wants to help 🙂

The animal in question as follows, to assist with potential clarity

Thanks ahead of time

Thank you 🙂

After 2 1/2 years I JUST NOW, in the last 2 minutes, figured out what a bashed patch actually was and how to make one, by researching my issue above. I had always thought you just made a giant patch in Xedit to cover as many conflicts as possible. Silly in retrospect I suppose.

I will dig without the 0x and see if I can find it now, again thanks

And now i am more confused, or at the least, running in place. I had a crash involving another monster from Mihails Fantasy pack, the Cyrodil minotaur, and the minotaur's axe. Went to loot, crashed, referenced it and that axe. So I removed the 0x, viewed both items and no conflicts contained with either, period. Weapons I did find a semblance of conflict, were touched by the bashed patch, resolving them.

EDIT: Found 1 caveat . This only happens when I am required to open the inventory to loot, in Werebear form. After reverting to Human and trying, there is no crash
