You need to fix some of the CSS code, because it ends up removing some important BUTTONS, like the “REPORT ABUSE” and “SHARE” buttons from the mod pages.

Here's a new version V2 with re-enabled buttons, i slightly changed some mod elements to make it look more like the old UI

Putting on my tinfoil hat, maybe they want you to use the site on your phones more so they get more access to things you do on your phone with tracking cookies?

Not a tinfoil hat moment, just common sense. Every "big" website does this. By using the internet for more than 5 minutes in your entire lifetime you've essentially sold your soul.

If you've used facebook it's not just your soul but your organs too. 🙂

Whilst we cannot use "#8e8e8e on top of #232326" as some of you have suggested, as this does not meet WCAG AAA accessibility standards.

However, we're actively working on adjusting the contrast values to help resolve the issues you're having. We've made a quick edit to part of the game homepage to see if this helps with your issues.
You can open the the full image to make it closer to using the website directly https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/3333/images/12393/12393-1742919067-1216899835.png

Can you please let me know if this helps? If it doesn't, please let me know which parts of the page are you finding problematic.

It pains me to say it, but if there is a difference in background colour, I am not seeing it. It's as though I am being asked to look at different paint swatches, and they are all a tiny variation of the same dark black.

On the other hand, the font featured in your image? It's actually blurrier than what it is currently (as I type) on the Skyrim Special Edition's home page, which appears relatively clear in comparison to that which is in the image.

What?

The old Quicksearch that didn't open up a new goofy window of Tiles, was much much faster, and didn't get between you and the page you're already browsing.

Not getting your meme about my comment

Just implying the new quick section is slower than the old drop-down search, since now you've got to press several more buttons, like actually pressing the button to search for MODS rather than it just doing that by default.

I want advanced search options back. Especially the ability to search for text within mod description.

On the mods listing page you should find that in the left hand side bar.

Quick search on other items (collections, images, videos) will also match on their description, and we hope to add that to mods as well.

We're adding a preference to allow users to choose their default quick search, expect it to land in the next week or so.

Please don't bombard me with "sure but what about X?!" 😅

On one hand I want to thank you while on another I want to know why you can do this but not just stick it on the website by default, everyone would rather have list view.

Better yet add it as a setting either in the account section or just on the mods list page as a compromise.

Probably because he's an employee, not the owner, so he doesn't get to make those kinds of decisions.

They've already said that returning list view is on their list of considerations.

Just so you all have another reason to hate on me, I'll say this:  I'm wondering how long Robin's patience will last with the people trash talking his employees and his company on his own forums.

maybe he shouldn't have sabotaged his own website made for PC game modding with a shitty mobile phone UI no one asked for then. i honestly don't care what he thinks, he and nexus could disappear tomorrow and modding would be fine, someone else could spin up websites to host mods. his relationship to all this is completely parasitic making money off of other people's work.
