If not, then thanks for your initial feedback. Expand What more do I need to expand upon to you for it to be evident? The new UI is godawful; I dislike the new UI, and I view it as an affront to the eyes in my eyesockets. I said in my second post, where I did in fact expand upon my dislike and affronting of said UI, to give your consumer base the ability of choice in whether or not they want to use this new UI or not by allowing them to switch between the two. I fail to see how this isn't a simple solution to a very evident and ongoing problem unless your team intentionally went through and butchered your backend, making it an impossibility for you to back out of this if it somehow goes even worse than it's already gone.

Your second post did not expand upon this and was more abusive and was removed. Expand And just to add, if my calling you and your fellows out on some real evident bush beating is somehow an abusive notion to you, then I'll try my best here to put it in a more polite fashion. Everything that has happened here. From the supposed disorganisation of feedback to the poor reception, it could've been easily avoided if you, your boss and your fellow employees had decided at any point before starting on this voyage to consider the following: Is this a thing we've actually thought through? Are we prepared to put actual time and resources into this in a manner that would benefit all parties? You all then could've held actual polls on sites where people such as myself could've actually seen it. You then could've communicated through threads and said polls that could've been made in preparation for this, where massive changes such could've been discussed and digested down into its separate parts properly and thoroughly. And then after all that would you start working towards making it into an actuality. You seemingly have not done that if this thread is anything to go by, and let me tell you, from the outside looking in, this appears to have been a titanic f*#@up where no one, not even the captain of this ship, bothered to notice or care about the giant iceberg said ship was going to hit and didn't bother trying to course correct. Now that the ship has been hit and is going down at the head, you pop in the lifeboat and say, "Oh, but we worked so hard, and we're only human," while the passengers of the ship drown in the sea of ineptitude. I would hope you can see how this would rub people the wrong way. Edited March 28 by BilloftheFalls

Expand Mod list is not definitive but is not possible to get the exact old UI without modify the structure behind, devs made the things harder to modify here. It's also very subjective to personal taste, i will try to improve it for sure. Edit: Great news, i'm in the process to merge jmharris NexusMods classic theme into my code, great results so far, also i will tweak it more to appear like the real old UI you can see using Wayback Machine. We've been running ongoing focus groups through Discord and multiple user interviews. The release was preceded by a beta period with a steadily ramping number of users, whilst fixing emergent issues and monitoring usage data. This has been done while continuing to serve close to 400 million mod downloads over the last 4 weeks and over 16k TB of data. While there's room to keep improving, 75% of respondents to our last post-launch survey rated the pages 3-5 stars. With change always comes a period of adjustment, and we are committed to keep listening to your feedback and improving our services. Expand 75% rated it 3-5 stars? Out of how many? 10? I'm sorry, but, I do believe your data is seriously flawed, given that responses HERE, are pretty much universally NEGATIVE. How do you explain that??
showler
I'm actually amused by the number of people here claiming that they would want to go back to the old site, even as it becomes less functional due to backend changes and no updates to stay aligned, and they definitely would not be complaining about the problems they encounter. Absolute nonsense. At least ask for old styles and colors back, not a demand to be able to use the old site as it was.
JobiWanUK
Those stats are very vague. As has been asked, out of how many? And 3 stars is generally considered neutral isn't it, presuming it's out of 5. I visit the Nexus several times a day and I've not seen any survey, ever. I don't even know what Hotjar is. 7

Expand "Picked for the Survey"??? Really? It wasn't an open poll then? How were the participants chosen? I think it would be rather interesting to run a poll here, in this forum, and see how the results shake out. However, I noticed that any user-posted poll got nuked in pretty short order. Wonder why that is....... 6
