Here is my take on pilonexyz's design, since I don't mind the mod browser as long as the rows are single colum and vertical instead of horizontal but I liked the changes to the mod pages themselves.

I don't have no fancy place to host the file so here is the style.

*snip*

You should use a spoiler tag or something at least.

What changes have they made to this awful new UI that people actually asked for?  It looks and feels just as bad to me now as it did the day it launched.

Mostly fixes and minor tweaks. A lot of the adjustments have been to reduce the performance impact by cutting out FX like drop-shadows and blurs. That's generally going to be what we'll see in the short term, is stability improvements and bufixes.

The original UI had none of these problems.

Uh I can't access the opera version for stylus with that link you provided, is there no way we can get an easy option to just turn back? I just want the look I was used to because It was just better.

Unlike the search function here on Nexus, Google search works just fine. Just search for whatever you wish to find, in this case 'stylus for Opera', and press the enter key: https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/privacy_policy/27c0f4146c879f67a91b70f93f4eee4a01846fdd/

And? You asked for examples of changes they've made to the new UI based on feedback found in this thread, and that is one of the examples. Because this thread has grown so large and is full of a great deal of non-feedback (such as this discussion!), they felt the need to move posts they think are actually useful into more targeted threads so they can consider the feedback and how (or if) they want to do anything about it.

This entire thought process runs under the assumption that everything they say is 100% truthful.

Okay, I'm tired of the current forum colors and gonna start posting my own Stylus edits more in line with the old game pages palette (the mod pages themselves will come some other day). Bet, it's somewhat clunky and whatnot and I didn't repaint all elements yet, but it'll do as a starting point. Feel free to edit it in any way it suits you.

Also, if someone will kindly point me, where the spoiler button/code went, I'll be immensely grateful.

I'm new to Stylus but I am getting this error when I try entering the code you posted.

No, but it does run under the thought process that they have no intention of reverting the UI. I've been active in this thread for two months, and three things have become very clear in that time-frame:

  1. They have no intention of going back to the old UI. We're stuck with the new one.
  2. They are not going to listen to design-level suggestions like getting rid of the collections section or adjusting how much we can see on one page. (I wish they would - it's been the biggest complaint in this thread aside from people who want to keep the old one, and it was the first suggestion I made, all the way back on February 4th)
  3. They are listening to specific feedback about the UI, such as usability, bugs, and consistency.

So there's no point in continuing to use this site, is what you are saying.
