I came at the new design open-minded, and on the pages I use most—individual mod pages and the listing of recent mods—I don't think it's horrible. It needs tweaks. My post was extremely long because my biggest gripes are from the insanely bad use of vertical space on the mod list. I could fix almost all of these issues on my end with a custom style, provided the site doesn't change up CSS classes like Facebook and Discord love to do, but I think these are universal enough problems that they need to be taken seriously. I mean really, does the designer have their monitor turned in portrait mode? There's only so much vertical space. Use it wisely! If they fix the vertical space issues, and the appalling title font on the mod pages, I think this isn't bad. At least not on the pages I use. N3rdGirl64 Posted yesterday at 12:39 AM Share Posted yesterday at 12:39 AM Can't seem to get the surveys to pop up for me so I would just like to say that I like the new design for the games page, It fills out more nicely and has way less wasted space on the margins. For the game home page I also like it, I like that more of the page is filled and that the links are smaller and up at the top for mods, collections and media. I also like how there's more of a showcase for collections. and then finally for the mod listing page I LOVE the categories on the sides. Makes it much nicer in my opinion. That said, I would've expected a lot of these spacing problems to be caught in Figma or whatever prototyping software they're using.

Addendum to this...I hate the new search menu...When I ctrl click to open in a new tab the WHOLE thing just goes away...I don't like that... 4
liquidlethe Posted yesterday at 01:12 AM Share Posted yesterday at 01:12 AM (edited) I like the new beta mods listing page layout a lot! And I would love to see the Tracked Mods page work the same way or please add "tracked" as a filter or content option to the listing page! Unfortunately theres a few annoyances for me: The notification length is shortened so pretty much every notification is cut off with ... The media section on game pages don't adhere to content blocking! Each game having its own color in the tabs was really convienent for quick navigation and that seems to be gone Also random thing my game home pages in both classic and beta have more empty space than the screenshots in this post. I'm using chrome at the default 100% scale so I don't know whats going on there. Its a lof of wasted space unlike the beta listing page. Barachiel1976 Posted yesterday at 01:20 AM Share Posted yesterday at 01:20 AM I accidentally opted out of the beta, and can't figure out how to turn it back on. I've been all over Site Preferences and can't find anything.

SlapNinja Posted yesterday at 01:30 AM Share Posted yesterday at 01:30 AM I agree with many of the comments here saying that there is a lot of wasted space so I won't go into that. What I will go into is that I'm glad that the 3 character minimum for searching mods is gone! Also I like the new search popup, it's way easier to see the mods.

Lollia Posted yesterday at 02:13 AM Share Posted yesterday at 02:13 AM This is just some very quick feedback. If some of this has already been brought up, then please accept my apologies. I do not have time to read the thread. 1. The main game pages are too compressed. You cannot even read half of the mods titles, let alone the content inside the brief version of their descriptions. The only things that seem to be fleshed out are the featured Collections. Speaking of which... 2. I have a list of eye-bleach inducing mod authors that I enjoy the privilege of blocking. However, one of these blocked ones has a Collection that is featured prominently on a game's front page, and though I have double-checked and they and any content they create remain on my Blocked list, they're not vanishing from the main page.
