The new 100(%) reaction

But I do say "100%" or "This^" or "I 100% agree" normally—especially over discussions.

Me too, however, I just figure the “100” just implied 100 percent, just without the Percent sign.
The only person I ever heard using “Keep it real” was Dave Chappelle on the Chappelle show, and it's always making fun of the person tying to ”Keep it real”

I bet at least 50% of the people using 100 on the forums assumes it means 100% XD

I would imagine @Demorphic may have not noticed the mismatch between the name and the emoji when adding it.
