Difference between Premium Servers and Normal Servers

I'm from the UK, and have a 10mbit connection. Although the DL server is uncapped i can only get roughly 250Kb/s on average as a premium member which is disappointing. Perhaps you should look into improving the severs connection to Europe? I know plenty of US-Based servers that i can max my connection on. But then i suppose it all costs money.

If I download normally from the Premium Server I get about 280kb/sec download speed (UK, 20mbit Virgin Media), but if I use "DownThemAll!" or a similar download manager/accelerator then I can get about 1.05MB/sec out of the Premium Server. I highly recommend download manage plugins for Fire Fox like "DownThemAll!" if you're a Fire Fox user and Premium Member.

Two reasons really; Premium membership skews towards about 50% american, 50% rest of the world, and American bandwidth is about half the price of UK bandwidth. UK bandwidth costs a fortune!

haha.. This is so funny to me because I live out in the woods on a super fast dial-up connection maxing out at a download speed of 5.6kbs. Downloading fook only took a few days.

Yeah, right, super fast connection from the woods (you're camping or something ?). Anyway what's "fook" (DAYS !?!?!) ?
