Cabal
The events in London the other day really sickened me but I am not sure if England should retaliate of whether that would be wrong? What do you people think?
Slaiv
What do you mean by 'retaliate'? If you're suggesting that they go on some anti-Islam crusade to hunt down the terrorists, then no. They must do something, but it will be more along the lines of further increased security.
Dark0ne
Kind of wondering who we could retaliate against.
Cabal
I was thinking more along the lines of whether they should track down and destroy the Terrorist cell who performed the attacks. Lodndon definately needs some security boosts though.
Dark0ne
1) No doubt if we find the terrorist cell they'll be dealt with. It sounds easy to do, it's not. 2) There's not much any country can do about bombs on buses or subways. The best defense is prevention altogether -- stopping people at borders, etc. Once again, not exactly easy stuff.
CLB1110
I think they should heighten security, but shouldn't go after the terrorists. We don't need more bloodshed in the middle east.
Malchik
Terrorists were all home-grown. Cells are all over the world. The Middle East doesn't come into any more.
CLB1110
Then why does the US still send soldiers over to Iraq?
Switch
Maaaybe because the US is responsible for that mess and not sending soldiers to try and hold things together would be horribly irresponsible? I would think they wouldn't want to lose face on this issue. :P
CLB1110
I think Bush already has "lost face". Most people I know dont support his ideas :/ .
