Woohoo, I just figured out that TESVAL and Gigantic Skyrim FPS Performance Patch work on Fallout 3 along with Fallout Stutter Remover :dance:

You don't get Stutter like you do in fallout vs SKyrim. Funny thing is skyrim loads objects the way Fallout did but without that nasty lag like in Oblivion...........
