Ironman5000 Posted November 10, 2012 Share Posted November 10, 2012 (edited) Whoo, after some cleaning up and merging stuff I managed to reduce the FO3 load order from 244 to 202 plugins. :biggrin: it goes to show how valuable these merging tools are doesn't it? I imagine that took a fair amount of your time! Can you do the same with Skyrim??? If so what tools can you use???I use TesVsnip...which I can't seem to find any more. People complain about it causing problems but I never had any issues, I guess it depends on what mods you are trying to merge - if you want to combine armour and weapon mods it's fine then all you have to do is change a few formIDs when looking for duplicates and then correct it again in CK. If you can find it then there is a guide here. Tes5edit is all the rage now and does look like a better tool with more infoso you might be happier with that, and it's continually being maintained :thumbsup: Sorry it me so long to respond I fell asleep :tongue: EDIT: I used the skyrim example as you are currently playing it but there are links to tools for the other games on the tes5edit page too.
