Once you finish the campaign you have access to all the missions, and can do them with whatever weaponry you have unlocked. I just did a mission in which it was me, armed with a fully automatic grenade launcher and a high-tech minigun, VS a bunch of drug dealers with rusty AKs. I swear, cheating never seemed so funny. You just walked everywhere - ran out of ammo then set things on fire then died because a sniper shot through a tree. And walking everywhere took forever thanks to the fact that everyone in Africa drives a pinto wired with bottles of nitroglycerine, apparently. I really only used the Multiplayer map editor.
