How do I get a hat???

 

You need to make one. Take an image in paint/paint.ned/photoshop whatever. Draw a santa hat on it, upload it is your avatar.

I have a new hatred. Furniture. I just finished assembling some new furniture, a coffee table and a new computer chair for my den, and egad, I'm in some discomfort. I broke a nail, and my thumbs are in agony.

So! it's december 20th, 5 nights until christmas, and one until...

 

THE APOCALYPSE!!!!

 

That's right. But I have a plan, and it involves blow up dolls.

 

So, I'm thinking, some friends and I go get a whole bunch of blow up dolls and some bottle of helium, then we fill the blow up dolls with helium and release them on 21/12/12. It'll be a bugger of a prank, easy to pull off, but I'm concerned about the ethics of fooling with people's psyches and religions like this. Is this prank TOO dastardly?

Me and chief mechanic from the base thought of something too.

 

Our pilots were to test the MiGs we have in Zemunik on 17th but mechanics said they need to be checked up first.

 

They're scheduled to fly at 2:30 PM on 21st, after the check up.

 

Zadar's air-raid sirens were to be tested on the 19th but there was a "mechanical fault".

 

They're scheduled for testing at 2:30 PM on 21st when they get "fixed".

 

Now imagine, first the air-raid sirens start screaming and a few moments after that, two dozen MiGs fly over the city.

 

A hundred thousand people scared to death and it's all my fault.

That would be beautiful. What era MiG? late cold war? or middle? Some of those Soviet jets were beautiful. Like old sports cars; curvey, colourful, aerodynamic cigars with wings. The later ones had a different beauty, like giant birds of prey. American jets never had the same visual appeal, with a few exceptions. Even Russian stealth planes are nicer, somehow more characterful and less mechanical.

I don't give a damn whether it was effective or not. The MiG-17 had charm. The Ketchup Red paintwork was extremely counter-productive for a combat aircraft, yet somehow suits the plain perfectly.
