Gremlin's are self sustaining too. Cigarette, the eye thing, no pip-boy, headband, scarf around the neck...and new textures on the cartridges? Maybe also Breeze's body, aaaand Fellout there's no green tint and the sky is actually blue-ish.

Not sure if the bags of armor/shoulder armor packs are the ones you mentioned.
