Iv000
I used my old email adress for lots of things and signed up on websites that I really shouldn't have signed up on.I also used it on important stuffs so I had to keep it, Outlook makes it so I can keep my old live.com email and still get mails to it while using my new email address. Either way I'm using tightened up security everywhere, especially on google and facebook. No ads anywhere, made sure my privacy and settings are secure, +some addons and browser extensions that help with all that. I still didn't get one spam mail to my new account since using it for a year
