If you played Wind Waker, they are technically Brother and sister. Sense they look so alike is not by chance..

The timeline states windwaker is before twilight princess after they find a new land, 200 years later.

Zelda link to the past is before Wind Waker, and ocarina of time i believe is somewhere in between Wind waker and link to the past, sense the land was destroyed by Ganon.

Link's sister is Aryll, though. I know Link and Zelda look kinda the same, but I think that's just the art style.

Yeah, the timeline of Zelda is just confusing. I like to think that each game is its own, with no relation to the others. It makes much more sense that way.

Try playing Wind Waker, that view might change, especially the ending of Wind waker.

Hey older brother, you know what day it is right??, beginning of the game. Well something in the lines of that.

I have a very good memory when it comes games-movie and tv shows. i can practically remember every scene in a certian moment of that particular movie-tv-game in question, especially content thats been removed.

Thats why i have stopped watching tv, 90% of most tv's shows sub plots tend to be removed to save time for advertisements or to fit on a dvd. If you pay attention closely.

Well they always refer to each other as close connections to one another in every game, father figure or not, there is a sense of connection between the two, even if they are not related. Makes you wonder if they had personal relations between the families in the past, It would make sense, considering they always tend to meat up in every zelda game, with the triforce connection and everything, i would say why not.

that new Wii Zelda game may be the link you are wanting, that portal at the end had references to the time frame, and was decoded.

I never did like the art form of that particular Zelda game.

I believe they are just connected by destiny or fate or whatever, and not actually related family-wise. I haven't beaten Skyward Sword yet, I got too angry at the Wii remote not working. My brother beat it though. He says he really likes the art style... but I prefer realism to gaudy oil painting.

That's awesome.

I haven't played a Zelda game in seven years. I don't even own anything Nintendo anymore. I don't think I have enough reason too, which is sad because of how much I used to like Nintendo.
