Didn't feel like talking, but I'll take that win if you don't mind.

Hmm, Wasteland 2 looks pretty cool. I haven't played the first one, nor Fallout 1, Fallout 2 or Fallout: Tactics, so this intrigued me. I like what I'm seeing so far; might even buy it once it comes out of the "early access" stage.

I like their emphasis on choice especially. Also, it's cool how they say there are multiple ways of solving problems in the game.

I may have made a mistake by involving myself in an argument on the Starbound forums.

So the game has a death penalty. You lose 30% of your total pixels (currency and a requirement for some crafting). Die again and you lose another 30%. So if you die twice you lose 51% of your pixels pre-first-death. If I did my math right.

A recent update added a pixel compressor. It's a way to compress pixels into bars so they can be safely stored and you can essentially avoid the death penalty. You can create 10k, 5k, 2k, and 1k bars. When you use the refinery (which is used to break ores down into pixels, and pixel bars down into pixels), you lose the 40%. So a 1k bar becomes 600 pixels.

A lot of people seem to have an issue with the 40% cost of storing pixels safely. I thought it was a fair percentage and hopped into a debate. I hate debates.

Considering you made pixel animations and that christmas miley thingy, every time I see her I think of you.

And then I laugh

I agree with you and not with the people that disagree with you.

Also new Starbound update. Just downloading.

Earned ~1000€ on Bitcoin exchange today, and my wife told me I spent too much money on hardware when I paid 500$ for components. Well, 1000€ on my bank account says it was worth it.

And the result is:

Werne: 1

Wife: 0

Awesome! :D

?!!? howwwww

I had 1.476 Bitcoins which is ~= 1000€, I think 1 Bitcon ~= 800$ or so at the moment, not sure. Sold them and transferred the money to my account. Easy.

What can I say, I got lucky. :D
