Also fixed Skyrims micro stutter finding out ULtra shadow is buggy, I mean real buggy. So i enhanced the with some enhanced ultra shadow tweaks, like modifying the shadow quality and range.

Also fixed ENB aa, Don't use the tweaks like fix parallax and others. Deselect all.

The sky is cloudy, the rain is falling, and after 110 miles on the Freeway the rain drops didn't get heavy enough to wash the dirt off the car.

 

I stopped at one of my favorite truck stop convenient store and bought a packaged lunch with Ham and Swiss cheese on rye bread, an orange, a candy bar for desert, and fueled up the car. The rain is keeping the dust down all the way to the Canadian border and from as far east as the eye can see and over the mountains to the west. Every farmers crop is getting a good misting light rain for their crops today, that's for sure.

The sky remains cloudy 44.4 Fahrenheit and the humidity 73%. The raindrops are so sparse they barely get the windshield wet enough to need to use the windshield wipers. I might have to use a sprayer to wash off the dirt and a goose dropping on the engine's cover.
