I just Installed A Mod that I downloaded

the XX are the mod number.

 

if you had say 6 moad files loaded and it was the last one it would be 01.

Its actually a set, cannon rifle and pistol in the same theme.

 

 

IM actually quite appaled at the number of people that think he made the model, he states quite clearly he didnt.

 

I dont actually mind NOT getting credit, but I dont like someone else getting credit for my work, ive already had one guy PM me about me stealing the WHAT guys model and how much of a lowlife I am for stealing otherpeoples work....

 

you should pm him & tell him to put a link to yours in the descripton as the origonal model.

 

iv never got it working frm there about 3 downloads.

Indeed no, if the item was to be placed directly into the player's inventory, yet not automatic as for example if it have a 'de facto' quest to obtain, the simpler would be doing a simple dummy quest, named for example GiveItemxyz which only does that player.additem thing and terminate itself... simple, easy and without headaches.

 

All the user would need to do was write in console:

 

startquest giveitemxyz ... and enjoy the new toy.

hmm Skree that never occured to me at all and it does make life far easier for people wanting to add the item.

I even messed up telling him what number it would be in my orginal post if there is 6 mods loaded and its the last one it would be 01... no it would be 06.

 

Lesson is, when yuour tired and got a fever dont go online.

neaaaa, iv came up wit a better one.

 

im a put "jp" directly onto any meshes like wepons slides so it would descreetly read jp 357 magnum & plaster my textures with jackpack.

 

if someone wants to rip it there gona need to put the work in removeing whatnot from textures & meshes haha :P

Okay here is a little update, now I could have done something wrong, I'm perry sure I did?

Please see the Pictures below because a picture tells a thousand words. An Odd Freekie issues is happening with the Weapon. And yes I did download the files that you linked for me and installed before I did anything, After I installed the files you linked, I basicly just dropped the Weapon in to my Megaton House, but then I had no choice but to save as a new file? I'm not really understanding why, so I will have to go check out some of the help files here. Also in the PipBoy the Icon is missing for the weapon.

 

BUT,,, I have to say this Puppy is one Kick Ars Weapon, I took out 3 Raiders with Four Shots, that is it. Kudos To you Phoynix Very nice I like :) And like I said in my last post, Brand your Stuff " Phoynix Corp "

 

Also The Pistol was not firing but yet it was using up my ammo, then it vanished?

Please Excuse my delayed reply here, I was up 24 hours strait the other day trying to make a few modifications to the Chinese Stealth Suite, and at first everything worked but then I ran in to problems, so I had to delete and start over but I also had to get away from the PC, after knocking my brains out for so long. Also Poynix would you rather I post on your mods page in reference to your mods, for any other Questions or if I have any other issues.

 

Okay I made a mistake here and need to make a correction, Of a sort. The pistol Did not disappear, for some reason, it was Floating above my head when I put it down, and did not notice it, until last night. But it still will not Fire but yet uses up Ammo.

 

Could it be that I put it to the game through G.E.C.K. and not as it is stating in the Read me File, that I failed to read First and that is my Error when I was unZipping the Package I got a warning of an over write of a Read me file and I said no. And the reason why I used G.E.C.K. to put in to the game is that I watched a couple of Video Tutorials and that is how items where put in.

 

Should I Delete the Weapons package and follow the Read me file instructions that you had included.

You need to install archive invalidation invalidted if you dont that will happen with most mods you install.

 

The pistol works fine on my system... anyone else having trouble with it disappearing and not fireing?
