Antigravitas
. This sound has been traced out to a low orbital and it may be originating from the Black Knight phenomenon - which itself is a badly garbled daisy chain report from an HAVE project gone terribly terribly wrong. Spine chilling indeed. just kidding 8/8/2014: in case you are now or are about to become obsessed with "the Black Knight" know this: it is a discarded thermal blanket from STS 88. Thank you NASA for wrecking up the place. Edited August 8, 2014 by Antigravitas

rockroc
I'm currently hooked on Soundcloud. As far as genres, chillstep, trip-hop, jazz, and instrumentals. Artists such as Imagined Herbal Flows, Seven Lions, Blackmill, Ethereal Universe, aso., pattyperk, nitsua, and Chinsaku to name a few. The music is highly relaxing and is massive part of my end day routine. https://soundcloud.com/david-c-turner I recommend the "Ethereal Domination" and "Audible Anesthesia" playlists. Thor.
Dang i would pay to see them live here, sigh Muse epic is a word yet to describe that alternative band, especially the way they use the piano. I also saw Weezer and the Dave Mathews band live a week ago, at a all day alternative fest, aka rock the park. Best show in Canada  Edited August 2, 2014 by Thor. Antigravitas
I like Muse, I become emotional while listening to certain songs, those which remind me of the tragic Conjoiner culture from Alstair Reynolds' Revelation Space.
Thor.
I also have obscure artists you probably never heard of in my collection, but goes well converging into rock to dance and between for parties. i had to fill in the blanks some where.
