Some Tiny Requests

With my limited modding experience (OBMM use, console codes, OBSE, COBL), I know that these mods shouldn't be too hard to handle.

I'll get right down to it then. I have a Paladin and a Necromancer that I am playing now and I would love to see if anyone could implement a couple spells into the game. They would just be added to the Spellbook when the mod is activated.

First, A Summonable Slaughterfish! For water battles of course! He would be on the player side, be hostile to all other animals or any non-friendly NPC in the water and spawn for 60 seconds.

Second, a Detect Un-life Spell. This would be similar to other detect life mods like such:

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1849

-and would use the shaders from this mod (a personal favorite :P)

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2280

The duration would be relatively short. 25-40 seconds, and would be about 100 feet.

Third, I think the most difficult one.

The idea would be the same as the zombie horde in this mod:

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18074

It would summon a Zombie (or really anything) and would give the player options to either add to horde, have it follow closely, wait there, or cancel orders. The zombie that would be summoned would be more "spawned." Meaning, the character could cast the spell multiple times to make a horde of companion style zombies.

I think that's about it! I hope I'm not asking too much and if anybody has a question or any kind of feedback I'd love to hear it. I'll check twice a day, maybe more to get back to anybody who's at all interested. Thanks!

The first request seems possible. http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index...moned_Creatures . This will give you a basic tutorial on how to create a custom creature summon spell via scripting. It works if all you are planning to summon this way is one creature. What I mean by this is there is no control factor in terms of how many creatures you summon by using this scripting, so it would be like Morrowind summoning. This is how I have a summon Swamp Troll Spell, lol :P . I hope this info. was at least somewhat helpful.

About detecting undead or corpse, check Finders Keepers(Requires OBSE, of course).

What if I wanted to summon an OOO Ancient Slaughterfish? Would that script work?

Provided you use the proper setup on the page mentioned above and that is the only instance of that script, yes(Unless you don't care that you can summon multiple creatures without a control this way, which then it would work altogether).

well, thankfully bethesda left a happy little opening in the CS for an extra summon of your choice. I wish they left more but I can't complain. It's completely bug-free and works just like a real summon. you need to change the magic settings. there's an Extra Summon 20 that you can add a slaughterfish to. To change the setting in CS, go to the bar up top that says "Gameplay menu" then click on the drop menu to "Magic effects" The one your looking for is called "Z020 Extra Summon 20" select it and you can set the base cost, the ability to use it for spellmaking, the name (Summon Slaughterfish), the icon, casting sounds, school (conjuration). Then change the "Use Creature" setting to CreatureSlaughterfish, or make your own, more powerful slaughterfish, and you've got it. just go to the list of spells in CS and when you add an effect, summon slaughterfish should be a choice. then make a spell or two with it, give the spells to NPC's that sell spells, and buy it from them in game. I've done this before and replaced a few weaker summons like faded wraith with other animals, like wolves, mountain lions, and boars. It just helps make a stable summon without the scripting mess
