cyborgmanx
Okay so I'm in the stones quest, and every stone practically looks the same. Can anyone give me specific locations and such on these stones on where their at. South west of the shamans house means zilch right now when you have a poor sense of direction. Thanks. Switch
If you want specifics, I best move this to Spoilers.
Dilvish
The stones are clearly shown on the Solstheim paper map. They are the menhirs that are taller and more prominant that other standing stones on the map. Look closely and you can even see the unique symbol drawn near the base of each stone. Mercbird
I spent a lot of time looking at stones but if I remember correctly, they all stand separately and not clumped with other stones, usually in a clearing or a slight rise. The beast stone is due south (the bottow of your map screen) of the Skaal village, before you get to the lake. Leave the skaal village from the point where the armourer's hut is on your left, walk south towards the lake. It is the only stone without snow on top in the area, and if you avoid the Riecklings you should walk smack into it. I found the map you get from the shaman (Korst Wind-Eye?)pretty accurate, but you could also check the construction set. Its name is Act_BM_stone_beast_01 it will be under activators not statics. A minor point though, if youre having trouble finding the stones its going to be a female dog to complete the quests to 'activate' each stone. Try UHS hints http://www.uhs-hints.com/uhsweb/hints/bloodmn/64.php I'd suggest that you not focus too much on finding the stones and start enjoying wandering in the snow with werewolves....
