70. If you have a high marksman skill and find a "vital" character ( cant be killed) that isnt wearing a hemet, you can actually shoot an arrow that sticks through his head with the point sticking out the back/front. If you have a high personality you can actually talk to them after your assault

57? This could be related to a mod I'm using, but twice now I've encountered a pack of wild brown/red horses frolicking around the water, on the shore across from Fatback cave. You can't get close to them, they run away like deer. There are about 10 of them from what I can see.

It's not from a mod, there is a group of 'wild' horses in the game.

58. In the basement of Luther Broad's Boarding House in the IC Elven district, there is a dead guy. To my knowledge he is not quest related and Luther has no dialogue topics dealing with him. He's just there...dead.

You kill a guy there as part of the main quest, you sure it wasn't him? (assassin after Baurus)

61. A woman named Bralsa Andaren lives/sleeps behind a rock near the shrine of Kynareth, by a fort west of Chorrol. She will talk to you, but asks you to leave her alone, as she has business to attend to or something similar to that.

She's a master trainer in destruction.

63. If you rent a room in the Merchants inn in the IC you will find an undelivered love letter on the desk.

That's a generic letter that can be found in several places.

67. Unless you use the 'harvest containers' mod, you wouldn't know there are containers placed inside of other containers (if you don't use the Unofficial Oblivion Patch or other type of mod that tries to fix these things).

68. You can find receipts for house upgrades in several places, which could earn you free upgrades. The UOP fixes this, but I remember that it could cause some bugs (something like if you find the receipts before you buy the house then you don't get the upgrade and can't buy the upgrade either since the copy the merchant has is then moved to his hidden chest outside the playing area).

Hey :thanks: Bamspeedy! Those are some things I always wondered about. Nice to see the answers and origins of those little mysteries

That's wild. Even wilder still is that it seems all of my companions and my character always get arrow shot in the privates!

I once came across a Rumor in Chorrol that stated there was a Ghost that attacked travelers at night along the Orange Road. I took my time and looked all along the road, and found nothing even minimally related.

Probably the wrong place to ask this, but has anyone else ever gotten this Rumor?

Yeah, same rumour comes up in bruma as well I think, I also checked it out but never found anything...

That master of destruction is responsible for the death of my most recent char, epic ending shot when I hit her with a lightning attack and she hit me with one at the same time, both flew back and died...(I cant think of any secrets so im posting this useless nugget of fun)

This is a reference to that ghost lord guy from Knights of the Nine. Im pretty sure about that cause the rumors stop once you kill him

Edit: Seems this is well known all ready. I happened to discover it when attacked by a troll, a wolf and a mudcrab all at once. What official quest is it on, I really dont know.

When on the mission looking for the eye of Nocturnal, just outside Tidewater Cave enterance door next to a large rock along the waterside is a lone plant called nurnroot. It has a quest all on its own.

73. If you reload a saved game a lot of times, you can have some weird problems. For example, I was trying to get a magicka fortifier Sigil Stone, but I'd to reload about 30 times. Then, I saw a message that said "Heroism has been added to player's spells". O.o
