Required Files not working

Since uploading our mod in January, I've been unable to get the external file requirements feature to "stick".

If I put in a name and a website and hit "submit" the name of the required file will appear below, but once I navigate away from the page, it disappears. It will no longer be present if I navigate back to the "Required Files" page. In addition, if I click on the "Required" button on the mod homepage, it states that I have no requirements set for the mod. Also, I do have some checkboxes ticked for uploaded files to utilize this feature, but I cannot add checkmarks to files that don't have them. I'm assuming this is because I can't get any Required Files set.

Is there some step/setting I'm missing?

I have the same problem over at the XCOM Nexus.

Edit: The Upload Wizard for my file shows a green checkmark on Step 7 "Specify Required Files", but the required files (external) still don't stick.

Well, I'm glad to see someone else is having the same problem. I know that the feature works, since I've downloaded files where the window pops up (Skyrim and Mass Effect Nexus). Yet, I can't get it to work for either of my mods.

Can any Nexus staff point us in a direction, please? I don't want to report it as a bug, if I'm simply missing something.

I'm using Firefox, btw, Gothika. What about you?

EDIT: Also, I just noticed that I now have access to the mod author forums. That's probably a good place for me to ask, but I also don't want to get in trouble for double posting >.>

I've seen a few other posts about that same problem (though I can't seem to find them at the moment) -- off-site files aren't sticking in the "Required Files" thing on mods. No fix yet, as far as I know.
