Matoyak
I haven't completed Shivering Isles, KotN, the Main Quest (I get bogged down in the last couple ones, as I refuse to not do all the quests in the quest chain, but I can't *ban* stand Oblivion gates...and that's a shitload of gates,) or most of the Daedric quests... I don't get much time to play this game anymore (aero engineering as a major takes up a LOT of time...), though I have put over 500 hrs into it... So that in mind, my favorite quests are WhoDunIt and Blood&Mud.

SandsOfTime404
Sheogorath's Shrine definitely takes the cake. Still laugh every time I do it.
majikmonkee
Yeah that's one of my favorites too. I just wish I could eat the olroy cheese.

DarkNinja13
The Sheogorath Shrine quest I love (you might want to duck) I also laugh at the dialogue in "Seperated at Birth" in Chorrol (the Jermine brothers)
luxwing0go
The Horror of Dive Rock quest. Yeah, yeah - it's not really a quest in terms of the norm, but it's pretty damn cool. Nice little shout-out to Morrowind I think. And that boss looks pretty cool to boot.
SandsOfTime404
Oh yeah, the Underfrykte (sp?) Matron is one of the cooler looking enemies, imo. Like how they did the invisible thing and overlayed the frozen stuff.
