Premium subscription not active

I just recently paid for twelve months of PREMIUM status membership but it is not showing up.

Also the forums keep indicating that I am not on line even though I am active in the forums and readint this.

Fixed the issue with your membership and fixed the subscription system completely so it's automated again. Sorry about the wait!

 

Are you logging in anonymously? No idea why you aren't showing up on the list, but are you managing to stay logged in?

 

All the emoticons have reverted back to their defaults; they're not high on the priority list right now!

Thank you for your fast and effective response. As for staying logged on, there does not seem to be any problem but I will check in with it with my brother; he is the computer wiz of our family.

 

As for the emoticons, when you do get around to them could you please not only add the old ones back but get some new ones or at least make clear a way that emoticons might be easily used from a list of safe sites. I understand you are probably under a lot of pressure now and I am quite happy to wait. I believe in these forums and those who keep them going or I would not have paid to be Premium. The Nexus Forums have given me much pleasure and a chance to express myself creatively. It is too bad there is not a way to give some kind of kudos to both the forums and those who work so hard to keep them going, unless it is there and I have missed it.
