Slyther987
firstly i'd like to start out i'm not to sure if there a mod like this but i couldn't find one. So when 1.9 came out i thought to myself that being able to redo a skill level would be intresting, 100 in blacksmithing and two levels later i thought it pointless. with all the mods that add perk points choosing to legendary up a skill feal like prestiging on COD4:MW, it was braging rights and felt silly. so, i would like a mod that ammends this fact, how? simple, when a person legendaries a mod it unlocks a perk tree that is hidden otherwise, there perks can only be unlocked at Legendary 1,2,3,4,5 with a skill level of 100 in there respective perk. for example a person who has reached a skill level of 100 in two handed twice would now find that if a shield, spell or even another weapon in there off hand that they can weild a two handed sword one handed, it would make some sence since if a person has weilded a two handed sword for that long it would feal weightless in there hand each perk would be better than the last but since it would require a further 100 skill levels to reach it would feal like a just reward. Idea's so far...Archery1. zooming in now slows time to 90%2. zooming in has a reduced stamina drain3. 4. bows now weigh nothing when equiped5. arrows now stagger all and will force a dragon to crash if flying. Block1. bashing now has a chance to stagger2. shield can now block all elemental damage3.4. weighs nothing when equiped5. power bash now has a 90% of disarming. Heavy Armor1. unarmed atacks have a chance to stagger2.3.4. 25 points to carry weight per item of armor (it's like a second skin, not only dose it weight nothing but you feal more manuverable in hevey armor than without it.)5. hevey armor now provides 2X the armor raiting. One-handed1.2.3.less stamina per swing4. weighs nothing5. 30% faster swing speed Two handed1. Can now weild a two handed sword one handed so long as it's with something else equiped2.3. less stamina per swing4. weighs nothing5. 50% swing speed Smithing a general increase of diffrent items each of the 5 perks effecting a catagory, dragonbone, stalrim and deadric last. Alchemy1.2.3. potions and poinsions have Double values, (a potion that would heal 100 HP now heals 200 HP)4. immune to poisions5. can creat potions or poisions from 1 ingredient Light Armor1. unarmed attacks are quicker2. unarmed atacks have a chance to stagger3. movement speed is increased while wearing boots gloves and chest. (unless circuits count as light armor.)4. 25 points to carry weight per item of armor (it's like a second skin, not only dose it weight nothing but you feal more manuverable in light armor than without it.)5. light armor now provides 1.5X the armor raiting. Lockpicking1. Novice locks will always open in auto attempt,2. Apprentice locks will always open in auto attempt, find twice as much gold.3. Adept locks will always open in auto attempt, 100% greater chance of finding special treasure.4. Expert locks will always open in auto attempt, Pick starts almost next to the lock opening position.5. Master will always open in auto attempt, find 5X as much gold. Pickpocket1. +50% chance if target is asleep2. pickpocketing gold almost always works3. pickpocketing keys will work 100% of the time.4. 5. Sneak1. noise from armor is reduced by 100%2.3.4.increased movement speed5.you naturally turn invisible when sneeking and out of sight. Speech1. 50% bartering of the opposite sex2. Can invest 2500 gold with a shopkeeper to increase their available gold permanently3. Persuasion attempts are 50% easier4. Intimidation is 5X as successful5. Every merchant in the world gains 25000 gold for bartering Alteration1.2. doubles the duration of all alteration spells.3. absorb alteration spells4. the user has gained an unlimited ammount of water breathing5. Alteration spells cost nothing Conjuration1.2.3.4. absorb (and dispell if posible) conjuration spells.5. conjuration spells cost nothing Destruction1.2. Destruction spells ignore X amount of resistance.3. X% change to stagger with missle spells.4. X% elemtal resistance5. Destruction spells cost nothing (edited, suggestion by FinalHazard) illusion1.2.3.4.illusions spells work on higher level opponent (+20 levels)5. illusion spells cost nothing restoration1. Wards that are cast absorb 100% of magicka that hits them.2.Wards that are cast will also heal the user from the damage that hits them3.Wards that are cast will also regenerate the stamina of user from the damage that hits them4.Wards that are cast absorb have 5 times the damage threashhold.5. Restoration spells cost nothing enchanting1. enchantments are twice as strong2. double the number of uses to any one enchantment.3. Death blows to creatures, but not people, trap 50% of the victim's soul, recharging the weapon4. Death blows to people, trap 5% of the victim's soul, recharging the weapon5. put 4 enchantments insted of one. also, yes i am aware some of these suggestions are just re-hashed old vanilla perks, some skills arn't as interesting as others. these are just ideas of what i think would be a worthy reward to going from 15 to 100 back to 15 and back to 100 again. FinalHazard
The legendary system works fine. You can reset your skills. You can level them over and over again. You can basically level to level 999 thus becoming LEGENDARY. I am playing a destruction mage at the moment and your set up is way way way to overpowered. At this moment i can only talk about destruction.1.2. Destruction spells ignore X amount of resistance.3. X% change to stagger with missle spells.4. X% elemtal resistance5. Reduced cost of destruction spells when wearing cloth armor only.

Reduced cost of destruction spells when wearing cloth armor only. as i stated before the legendary system feals repetative, sure you could get to level 999 but (without cheat mods or consol commands) how long would that take to do, even then how sick of that caracter would you get? you would have done everything plus keeping in mind the fact that after legendarying a skill once i got 4 to 5 levels, then 3 to 4, then 2 to 3 then 2 then 1 then half a level. that was just from blacksmithing. after that point i realised that even getting to level 100 would be a monumental streach of patiance with incredibly deminishing reward per play time. to level to legendary level 5 skill level 100 (600 skill levels) (without cheating via mods or consol commands) took me 4 days, thats because i had constantly grind the maritials to craft items to get the skill level it, it was not rewarding, i did not feal entertained, i felt i was waisting my time for all of 12 levels, which might seem like a lot but keep in mind after that i would have had to gain 100 skill levels twice to level up again. i then created some robes to 100% cost illusion magic and left the "guidence" spell on both triggers before going to work and watching TV for a day, (woke up at 7:30, started the game, got two rubber bands and set it to cast). to my supprise i realised after i looked at illusion 100 legendary 1 that it felt pointless and started a new character from scratch. you suggest that the legendary system is fine and you can reach lvl 999, that might take me a good few years of bordom, while on PC the alternative is player.advlevel (can reach lvl 999 alot faster)player.addperk <PerkID> (alternatively i could install the mod that exchanges dragon souls for perks, amazingly that gives me a resion to fight dragons. while in consol i rolled my eyes and thought, "ow joy another dragon, i only have 50 dragon souls and all the shouts unlocked") alternativly i could just use AdvSkill <AV> <#> using the vanilla legendary system is only for people who are hardcore complitinasts and even then it add nothing to really pull you back in beyond getting that legendary simbol below a skill. there's nothing that grips me to the game, or feals rewarding to getting an extra 100 levels, what i'm suggesting is a way to make the legendary system feal engaging at least for 5 legendary levels. now. taken in to consideration i can agree with 2,3,4, but unless you could (without consol commands or grinding.) reach skill level 100 legendary 5 (600 skill levels) and tell me your not board out of your mind, i think number 5 is a just reward for reaching that level of effort and hours played. FinalHazard
My mage has destruction magic at around level 120. Its pure torture.Going to level 600 would be a nightmare.I personally dont use the legendary system, it does not fit into my gamestyle. I will wrap my head around this. I will wrap my head around this.fair enouth, as i said the legendary system just feals so unrewarding for what it gives and what is required of the player. it's like COD:MW's online, in that if you reached lvl 50, you could prestige, which reset everything and gave you a title, when i saw a 10th pristege (as high as you can go.) i thought "that person has alot of time on his hands to do so much for so little." while in MW2 you got an extra class slot per 2 prestiges, so it felt like the game gave you an "atta boy, welcome to the big boys club" for sacrificing all that you erned for an extra class loadout. i would just like a legendary system that gave me a perk that made me feal legendary for re-leaning all that i have lerned. lofgren
I would suggest one of the many mods that give perks over skill level 100. Despite the name, legendary skills were never meant to be legendary. It's a skill reset system. I don't see any good reason to make legendary perks when it's far easier and better integrated to just increase the skill cap and add new perks to the end of the trees. lofgren
Really? That's weird. I wonder what the conflict is. It doesn't seem like there's any reason for those two to have a problem with each other.
NutellaPhreak
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53172/? This mods great for the first two archery ideas. It lets you customize the slow time amount and stamina drain as well as the zoom distance from eagle eye. By the way, I don't think perks unlocking at legendary levels is possible.
