hm, I don't know but the situation seems to be improving for me, but still it's pretty bad. At certain times of the day, the speed does go up slightly. It usually starts off from 200-300 kb/s then immediately starts dropping all the way down below 100kb/s.

Pro tips: Use previous version of NMM,it will use the old server

Oh man, you're so right on this. I usually do my downloads manually but I guess I'll have to switch over. With NMM (outdated vers), I'm finally getting around 100kb/s in DL speed. Not the best of course, but way better than the 1-10kb/s I was having before. The speed would probably be much higher if NMM allowed me to choose which server I wanted. by the way, is not only the slow speed, I can live downloading at 20kb/s, is also the unstable connection with CDN that keep interrupting the downloads randomly, sometimes i can download 20MB straight, and sometimes, i have to resume the download 2 or 3 time for each MB, and if im very lucky the file will no be corrupted when its finish, So if the connection could be more stable, that would be great.
