We already know that wind power really isn't the answer, for a variety of reasons, but, it was a nice bandwagon for the politicians to jump on at the time, so they did. Gotta start small and scale up, which takes time, experimentation and money. I say, subsidize clean coal as well as alt energy. Don't make us pay more for a proven technology while we subsidize an unproven one. Patience is the key......no hell-bent for leather atty to help alt energy investors recoup their investments quickly.
