LE need followers to stop taking weapons from dead bodies

well as it sin the title.... i am really pissed that my follower keeps using other weapons than what i give him.
Is there a mod that makes them use only the items i give them?

• Odd. I've never seen my followers loot bodies, but I have seen them pick up stuff my character drops. I use UFO multi-follower mod. Are you using some multi-follower mod that causes this behavior, or is this vanilla follower behavior?

To my knowledge, NPCs will only pick up weapons if they don't have one in their inventory, and even then only loose weapons lying around - they won't take weapons from a dead NPC's inventory. This is assuming a vanilla game, of course. Loot & Degradation, by isoku, adds a looting mechanic for NPCs that's fully configurable - even togglable - in the MCM menu. Are you using L&D?

no i'm not using L&D.... but can it help me configure my follower to stop taking stuff of the ground or dead bodies... because i swear he pisses me off with his forsworn and ancient weapons s#*!.

That isn't vanilla behavior, as far as I know.

 

Could you list what mods you use?

Yes, a mod list would definitely help. As Trold stated, this isn't something that NPCs do in the vanilla game.

so i think i found a reson (NOT SURE)
I am using Familiar faces... and i made a khajit thief class follower with Unnarmed weapon (fists weapons from skyrim redone) but he keeps picking up other weaker weapons and not using those fists... wich are actually really freaking strong.
