This might be useful for mod addicts prone to modding every save to destruction because of the endless buffet of delicious new mods that must be tried. ;)

@notmyhome, I'm not sure if it's possible to use document-based rules. I've never tried it.

@Shezrie, the Nexus does a good job in blocking explicit content but leaves the decision for what is lore-based to the author. Some authors believe that anime, gothic and sailor moon are TES lore-based. At the cost of losing hot files, these have to be blocked from my view.

I don't think there is a way, but I would love to have an option to hide mods from certain authors or ones that have certain keywords. I, too, block files that are tagged as 'anime' and 'not lore-friendly', but (going off of what Axonis said) I don't like that what is lore-based is left up to the author to decide. This is mostly because, in my opinion, there are a lot of mods that aren't lore-friendly, but the author thinks they are. Like, for instance, guns in Skyrim or super skimpy armor. Some people say they're lore-friendly, some don't. I happen to be someone who doesn't think they belong in Skyrim, so when they show up in lists it irritates me. I almost think the 'lore-friendly' and 'not lore-friendly' tags should be left up to the community, but everyone has varying opinions on what it and what isn't, so I don't think that would work. However, being able to block keywords like 'guns' would be great.

@Notmyhome - please report those.

@Axonis - There is no official Bethsoft lore. It is not even consistent from game to game. Some authors do list their mods as lore, and some users disagree. Some loremongers seem to believe that ONLY what they personally decree as lore should be allowed to exist. The Nexus leaves lore up to the user - if you think a mod fits YOUR personal definition of lore, then it is lore for you. If you think a mod does not fit your personal criteria, then just don't use it. As there is no real consensus as to what is or is not 'lore' blocking any specific mod just based on someone's opinion that it is not lore will offend someone who believes it is lore for them. It is possible that in the future each individual will be able to block anything they tag as something they don't want to see. But then we have those authors who don't set tags, those users who don't understand the tagging and idiots that mistag on purpose because they do not approve of a mod based on some personal prejudice.
